Emmanuel Brotons
Managing Director

Emmanuel has over 28 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. His extensive career encompasses leadership positions, including 15 years as a Managing Director, where he developed a well-rounded skillset in administrative, financial, operational, and business development management fields. He has worked in countries with diverse cultural and political situations.

Emmanuel has professional skills in a wide range of Oil & Gas disciplines. This includes exploration, production, mud logging, well intervention, well testing, early production facilities, operation & maintenance, EPCC, shut down management, mechanics shop operations, machine shop operations, skills assessment & training; and environmental management.

As a Managing Director, Emmanuel fosters a collaborative and supportive team culture. He supports the professional development of his employees, empowering them to excel. He demonstrates a strong commitment to operational excellence, working closely with his team to refine the company's service offerings.

Emmanuel has successfully undertaken critical assignments in countries requiring operational restructuring and the resolution of sensitive matters. This experience showcases his strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and resilience under pressure.

Emmanuel has a Baccalauréat D in Mathematics and Biology from the Toulouse Education authority. He also has a Technologic University Diploma (DUT) in "Génie Civil".

Anandan Rajagopalan
Financial Director

Anandan has over over 25 years of experience in the financial profession. He is a results oriented, cross-functional, "process driven" individual. He has experience working in leading listed companies from Europe, the USA, and other largr global players. He has handled country, area, regional and corporate levels with significant domiciled experience in ASEAN, Middle East, UK and West Africa. He has experience in leading, directing, and a proven track records of controlling the financial resources to improve the financial health of the businesses.

Anandan holds a Master's degree in Finance from University of Madras, Certified Management Accountant of Australia & New Zealand, Management Degree from Henley Business School, UK and Chartered International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert, Austria.

Augustine Elue
HR Director

Augustine has over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry as a results-oriented professional specialising in Consulting and Advisory Services. His comprehensive skillset encompasses a broad spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, including strategic planning, policy development, compensation & benefits administration, talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS implementation & reporting, performance management, training & development, and ensuring adherence to all HR statutory compliance regulations.

Augustine is a graduate of Accounting with Lagos State Polytechnics. In addition, he is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and holds a Masters in Business Administration and Management from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Nicholas Amenyo
Business Unit Manager (Score Rigworld Service Ltd.)

Nicholas has over 25 years working experience in the Oil & Gas and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries. He has a strong background in installation and commissioning of industrial plant and equipment; product manufacturing and plant process operation. His expertise extends to engineering maintenance and planning; safety, health, and quality improvements.

Nicholas has excellent managerial and communication skills. He is proactive and adept at leveraging his problem-solving abilities to deliver innovative continuous improvement initiatives in design and processes. These initiatives have significantly enhanced overall equipment efficiency and operational productivity, minimizing variance. He is dedicated to achieving excellence with his team, consistently striving to meet set goals and objectives. Known for his attention to detail, self-motivation, adaptability, and creativity, Nicholas is a valuable asset to any organization.

Through his career, Nicholas has held key positions at several notable companies. He served as Maintenance and Production Supervisor at Volta Aluminium Company (Valco), Ghana Breweries Limited (GBL), and Unilever Ghana Limited. At Walmar Africa, he excelled as Assistant Production and Plant Manager. At Promasidor Ghana Limited, he led a team to successfully execute the installation and commissioning of the ONGA Tablet plant and equipment, increasing production capacity to 4,950 MT/month from a target of 3,500 MT/month between 2011 and 2018. Following this, he joined Rigworld Solutions as Factory Manager and now holds the position of Business Unit Manager at Score Rigworld Service Ltd.

Nicholas is a Marine Mechanical Engineer by profession. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Coventry University UK and is a Professional Engineering member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers. Ing. Nicholas Amenyo (Membership Number10897)

Ashish Mathema
Business Unit Manager (Rigworld Training Centre)

Ashish has 23 years experience in Oil & Gas training. He reached the pinnacle of success as a highly successful Business Unit Manager in Qatar, Dubai, and India. A career highlight includes his significant contribution to the monumental Shell Pearl GTL project in Qatar, one of the world's most significant projects, during its commissioning, operation, and maintenance phases. Leading a dedicated team, Nicholas successfully trained thousands of individuals across various courses, showcasing his ability to inspire and guide others to achieve their goals.

As the Service Line Manager at Rigworld Training Centers, Nicholas Amenyo oversees operations, ensures compliance with industry standards, and maintains the highest levels of quality and service delivery. He has successfully obtained and retained new and existing approvals, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to excellence.

Praveen Ballal
Business Unit Manager (Logistics and Freight)

Praveen has more than 30 years experience industrial work experience in the automobile and heavy equipment engineering sectors, offshore construction, and the oil and gas industries. His expertise lies in end-to-end supply chain management, encompassing procurement and global sourcing, inbound and outbound logistics and shipping, warehouse management and inventory control, base and facility management, and transport fleet and haulage fleet management.

Praveen has extensive experience working in West Africa, specifically Nigeria and Ghana. He also has hands-on experience in ERP implementation, utilising Microsoft Dynamics and SAP R3 & HANA, particularly for the oil and gas services segment. His career has given him the opportunity to work across various geographical locations with diverse cultural teams and to manage sourcing from across the globe.

Currently, he serves as the Head of Supply Chain, where he manages logistics and shipping, transport and haulage fleet, and procurement activities for the group. His extensive experience and skills in supply chain management have made him a valuable asset in ensuring the efficiency and success of the operations he oversees.

Praveen is a qualified engineer with certifications as a Certified International Procurement/Sourcing Manager (CIPM/CISM).

Mrs. Gifty Elizabeth Owusu Ampah ESQ
Business Unit Manager (TransAtlantic Services Ltd)

Gifty is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in corporate and strategic communications, supply chain, business development, finance, legal affairs, sustainability, and management. Over her 23-year career, she has demonstrated her capabilities as a transformational leader with a proven track record of implementing process improvements across supply chain functions, both locally and internationally. Her expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, banking, oil and gas, mining, and the food and beverage industry. She has worked with renowned organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, MTN, Airtel Ghana and Sierra Leone, and Halliburton in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Currently, Gifty is the Head of Business at TransAtlantic Services Ltd, part of the Rigworld Group, and a Barrister at Law (BL). She possesses extensive knowledge in hospitality management, offshore and onshore operations, and catering services within the oil and gas and mining industries. Additionally, her comprehensive background in finance, administration, and legal affairs enables her to support organisations in securing and managing successful projects and contracts, while enhancing their positive image and driving change management initiatives.

Known for her ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures and manage cross-functional, management, and departmental teams, Gifty is committed to achieving company objectives and goals. She excels in nurturing and developing talent, increasing organizational capability, and delivering value, ensuring the overall success of the organizations she serves.

Gifty holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Namibia and an MBA from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She earned a post-first degree Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from GIMPA, followed by a Professional Law Course (PLC) from the Ghana School of Law. Gifty is a lawyer, a Chartered Supply Chain Professional (MCISM), a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Financial Managers (UK), an affiliate member of CIPS (UK), and holds certifications in project management and Lean Six Sigma. She is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
